This sauce included all of same ingredients in Smoked Scorpion plus some cracked black pepper, but we upped the pepper concentration to 10x what is used in Smoked Scorpion. Also, it is a fresh pepper flavor, not smoked, which allows you to taste what the true flavor and heat of the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion really tastes like. Simmered and reduced down like a secret family pasta sauce recipe, this scorpion pepper sauce is an amazing addition to anything pasta related, a spicy Bloody Mary, Pho or any Asian noodle dish, pizza, or just straight up!!
